Overview

ServPal was born from a simple observation: many service-based businesses in the Philippines struggle with managing their day-to-day operations efficiently. From walk-in queues to appointment scheduling, staff commissions to customer loyalty, business owners often juggle multiple tools or rely on manual processes.

We built ServPal to be the all-in-one solution that salons, barbershops, spas, and similar businesses need. The platform is designed with simplicity in mind, ensuring that even non-technical users can get started quickly and see immediate benefits.

Queue Management

The queue management system is at the heart of ServPal. It allows businesses to manage walk-in customers efficiently with a digital numbering system. Features include status tracking (Waiting, In Service, Completed, etc.), service requests with approval workflow, staff transfer requests, and a public queue display for digital signage.

Appointments

Calendar-based scheduling with available time slots. Customers can book online, upload payment proofs for deposits, and track their appointment status. The system supports quote-based pricing and links appointments directly to transactions.

Staff & Customer Management

Manage staff with three roles (Admin, Cashier, Staff), track commissions, and monitor performance. Customer profiles include visit history, total spent, and preferred staff assignment. Build loyalty with stamp cards or points-based programs with configurable earning and redemption rates.
